My order showed up with all the right parts, and nothing was missing. It was sorta just easy and straightforward, no mix-ups or anything, so I’m happy with it.

The panel arrived cracked, which was frustrating. I sent renogy some photos and they did send out a replacement after a few days, so that part got handled. I will say the whole process made me feel a bit dismissed at first, like I had to prove the issue before anyone really took it seriously. In the end it was resolved without too much hassle, but it could’ve felt a little more customer-friendly...

I’ve had this for about a year now, and I’m happy with how well the battery is still holding a charge. I do wish it charged a little faster sometimes, especially when I’m in a hurry, but overall it’s lasted longer than I expected and has been really reliable.

Hooking these up was easy, and the connectors fit just fine. I was expecting maybe a little fuss with the wires, but... yeah, they did what I needed.

These panels are putting out more than I thought they would. I’m getting solid watts on most sunny days, and even when it’s a little hazy, they still do well. So yeah... happy with the output so far.

I picked up a solar kit from Renogy after noticing a promo code on their site, i was kind of expecting it to be one of those codes that sounds great but then doesn’t apply to half the stuff in your cart, or only works on random accessories, or disappears right before checkout. But it actually worked, and the discount took a decent chunk off the total, which was a nice surprise. Shipping was fine, not Amazon-fast or anything, not like it showed up in two days, but it wasn’t painfully slow either. My only gripe is that the promo details could’ve been clearer up front, like what products it worked on, whether there was a minimum spend, when it expired, that sort of thing. Still, I’m happy with what I paid, the deal felt legit, and I’d probably buy from them again if I saw another good sale or coupon pop up...

I still use the app because it does what I need overall, so I don’t feel like I’m being too picky here. It just glitches sometimes, especially when things don’t sync properly, and that can get annoying when I’m trying to keep everything updated
